The introduction of modern technologies and the latest machinery helped engineers to get their work done rapidly. Along with such changes, the demand for quality buildings increased rapidly, putting realtors under pressure to work toward advanced safety and security standards. The industry demands more from everyone to improve the quality of aesthetics, functionality, and safety while constructing something new or offering related services. Sujitha Menon Structural Engineer

Sujitha has more than 26 years of experience in structural Design and Project Management and Supervision. Working in the UAE for the past 24 years with world-famous Multinational Engineering Consultancies like WS Atkins, RMJM and TJEG with responsibilities that go beyond Engineering design to design reviews and audits. She has worked on an incredible portfolio of projects including : The tallest all-suite hotel in the world -The Burj Al Arab World's Furthest Leaning Manmade Tower - ADNEC Capital Gate Phase 3, Abu Dhabi, a tower that inclines 18° to the west Dubai tower Doha, an 87-story tower + 4 basements + 14-story podium, The upcoming Largest Mall in the Middle East, The Deira Islands Mall with the largest retractable roof etc. She is widely experienced in the design, project coordination and management of residential, commercial, educational, hospital and industrial structures. She was also featured in -'Leading Women in Middle East Construction Industry in the Middle East Construction Magazine in April 2018.
